1 tsp. flax flour (must be flour)
2 tsp. oat bran
2 tsp. sugar-free muesli
1 tsp. unsweetened chocolate powder
1 cup fruit
(your choice of: frozen berries, cherries, or peaches)
Thaw fruit in refrigerator overnight.
Mix all ingredients exactly in above order.
Leave to set for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
On top of mixture add:
1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cocoa nibs
bran flakes with extra bran to taste
then eat it all!
